New Hope understands

You're surrounded by people who understand.

Grief can feel like a lot to carry. At New Hope, you’re welcomed into a warm, peer-led circle of people who truly get it, where, together, healing begins and hope returns.

Our programs

Find the support that fits.

Our support groups are small, warm, and welcoming, more like a living room than a clinic. You’ll be surrounded by people who truly understand, guided by facilitators who have found healing themselves.

Anyone navigating the holidays after a loss

Gently, at your pace

What to expect at a New Hope group

A small
circle

8–12 people, so everyone is truly heard.

8 gentle
weeks

One evening a week, 90 minutes, at your own pace.

A home-like
space

Intimate and confidential, never clinical.

Led by people
who get it

Trained facilitators who have grieved themselves.

There is a $100 registration and materials fee, and scholarships are always available, so cost is never a barrier to getting support. To keep every circle confidential we ask people to register in advance rather than drop in. New Hope groups are peer support rather than one-on-one therapy; if you’d like individual counseling too, we’re glad to refer you to trusted local partners.

Reaching out is a brave,
hopeful first step.

We’ll reply within two to three business days to talk through the right group for you.
